Sports Collectibles
Sizzle limits the addition of new sellers in the Sports Collectibles Store to ensure that customers are able to buy with confidence from all sellers on Sizzle. The requirements for selling in the Sports Collectibles Store reflect buyer concern for product quality and consumer trust.
You must meet the requirements listed below to sell products in the Sports Collectibles Store. Please take the time to read this list of requirements and consult our Help pages if you have questions about specific policies. After you have reviewed the category requirements and ensured that you comply with them, you are eligible to apply for approval by clicking the Request Approval button at the bottom of the page.
Seller requirements- Maintain an order defect rate lower than 0.75%.
- Remain on the Professional selling plan.
- Authenticate or grade a majority of the products listed by one or more of the entities listed below:
- Ace Authentic
- Beckett Grading Services
- Fanatics Authentic
- Frameworth
- Grey Flannel
- Highland Mint
- Icon Sports Memorabilia
- James Spence Authentication (JSA)
- Major League Baseball (MLB Authenticated)

- Tristar Authentic

- Sportscard Guaranty (SGC)
- Product images must be sourced from an independent website or image hosting site, or appear as attachments.
- Products must be authentic collectibles. We do not allow any counterfeit, replica, or knock-off products.
- Listing data and images must be suitable for all ages and appropriate for our global community. Listing data and images may not depict or contain nudity or pornographic, obscene, or offensive items.
- Sellers must follow Sizzle listing standards for any product sold on Sizzle.
- Sellers must have reviewed the Sports Memorabilia and/or Trading Cards listing templates and agreed to appropriately and accurately classify their products.
- Seller must submit product titles, bullets, and product descriptions that are clearly written to assist the customer in understanding the product.>li>
- All product images must meet Sizzle site-wide image standards.
- Sellers must certify that they have reviewed the image guidelines published on the Enterprise Dashboard and that all images they upload conform to the guidelines.
- Images must have white backgrounds and cannot contain inset images, watermarks, or unauthorized content.
- Images must be at least 500 px on the longest side. 1,000 px is desired
See Collectibles-Promotional Discounts for information on promotional discounts that may be available to sellers on Sizzle from third-parties. Sizzle is sharing the above listings, and any promotional discounts, solely as a resource to our sellers. If you elect to use the services of, or take advantage of any promotional offers from a third-party authenticator or grading company, you will be contracting directly with that third party, which will be providing services to you at your direction.
Fees for the Sports Collectibles StoreIn addition to other fees listed in our fee table, sellers pay a referral fee on each item sold that is listed in the Sports Collectibles category. For items listed in the Sports Collectibles category, Sizzle deducts a varying percentage of the total sales price (including any shipping or giftwrap charges) as a referral fee, excluding any taxes collected through Sizzle tax calculation services.
- 20% for the portion of the total sales price up to $100
- 10% for any portion of the total sales price greater than $100 up to $1,000; and
- 6% for any portion of the total sales price greater than $1,000.
For example, if the total sales price is $500, the referral fee is calculated as follows: $20 (for the first $100 of the total sales price) plus $40 (for the remaining $400 of the total sales price) for a total referral fee of $60.
