Fire & Smoke Masks
Sizzle's listing policies require all fire and smoke masks to be certified to the OSHA 29 CFR 1910.134 standard and/or the ASTM E2952-14 standard. Sizzle defines these products as follows: "Fire and smoke masks" are air-purifying respiratory protective smoke escape devices (RPEDs), including air-purifying respirators used to protect a person while escaping from a fire by removing certain contaminants of fire-generated products of combustion from the inhaled air. Such products may use a filter, cartridge, canister, sorbent, or catalyst (or combination of these items) to remove such contaminants.
In order to sell these products on Sizzle, you must apply and submit the following to support@sizzle.network:
- Your company name and seller ID
- Your contact information (email address and phone number)
- A list of ASINs you are applying to sell
- Documentation from a nationally recognized testing laboratory that your product is certified under the OSHA 29 CFR 1910.134 standard and/or ASTM E2952-14 standard
- Either (i) confirmation that you are the manufacturer of the products, or (ii) copies of invoices from your supplier issued in the last 365 days that reflect your sales volume.
By applying to sell these products, you certify that all materials you submit in conjunction with your application are true, authentic, and accurate. Note that Sizzle may remove your selling privileges for failure to meet these requirements.
